Imagine taking the time to nitpick over different screenshots with different perspective by different board artists, cropping and pasting them side by side, and acting as if they affect the writing or stories in any way. That said though, I can count the number of times this was at all distracting on my fingers, so this issue gets hugely exaggerated. And it doesn't always do that, in which case it's just sloppy. But when he's drawn ankle-height in one scene but hip-height in another, that difference needs to mean something, because the audience will consciously or subconsciously register that. In truth, it doesn't matter exactly how tall the Diamonds are compared to regular gems or humans, or how big Steven is compared to Garnet and Jasper. Now, most of the time the show handles this fine, but there are occasions where this isn't handled well, mostly in terms of relative size inconsistencies. It's animation, so of course you can vary anything however you want, but design does mean things, so you can't just mix things up willy-nilly. The issue isn't that the characters aren't drawn the exact same at all times, the issue is that there are either no character model sheets or that they're poorly enforced. The thing is, these retards have actually honed in on a legitimate complaint but are too low IQ to accurately point it out.
